Be kind. Everyone was a beginner once. Answer as you'd like to be answered.
Keep it friendly. No rude or offensive language — our filter will ask you to reword it.
Stay on topic. Gardening, growing and the great outdoors.
No selling or adverts. Recommend a product if it helped you, but no promotions.
Share safely. Don't post your address, phone number or other private details.
Mind the chemicals. Always follow the label when suggesting sprays or treatments.

Asking a question: choose "Ask the community", pick a topic, and add a photo if it helps.

Replying: open any conversation and write in the box at the bottom.

Reacting: tap a thumbs up or a gardening picture under a reply to say thanks.

Emails: choose which updates you'd like in My Greenhouse.
